Targeted interior updates and precise trim work—protected work areas, tidy hand-offs, and clear scheduling.

LOREM IPSUM DOLOR SIT AMET

Small Remodels

We handle selective interior updates without full-scale construction. Scope may include opening or closing niches, light layout adjustments, backsplash installation, and replacing outdated light fixtures (fixture swap only—no electrical rewiring). We coordinate paint and trim to ensure a cohesive finish.

Floors are protected, dust is contained, and debris is managed to keep your home functional during the process. Clear scheduling, tidy hand-offs, and consistent communication throughout.

We do: backsplash installation, light fixture replacement (existing wiring only), minor framing adjustments, and finish coordination.
Note: We do not perform electrical modifications or panel work.

Light Carpentry Repairs

Doors, trim, molding replacement.

Doors and trim are repaired or replaced to restore proper fit and appearance. We adjust hinges and latches, replace damaged casing and baseboards, install new crown or shoe molding, and replace deteriorated under-cabinet boards or panels as needed.

Joints are secured, nailed, filled, and caulked, then primed and painted to blend seamlessly with adjacent surfaces, delivering clean lines and a consistent finish.

We do: door adjustments, trim replacement, molding installation, under-cabinet board replacement, surface prep, and paint-ready finishing.

Protection during work

We plan floor protection before tools arrive. Depending on the space, we use ram board, rosin paper, runners, drop cloths, and taped edges safe for each finish. High-traffic paths and thresholds receive extra guarding. Daily cleanup, debris control, and careful moving of furniture keep surfaces unharmed throughout.

Crown Molding, Baseboard, Door Frame, Trim — Installation & Repairs

We install and repair interior trim: crown, base, door frames, and casing. Pieces are measured, coped or mitered for tight joints, then fastened to solid backing. Seams are filled and caulked, nail holes set, and profiles sanded. Primer and finish coats deliver a continuous, uniform line around rooms.
